Spicy seasoning without glutamate, with chilli, cumin and fenugreek seeds. An ideal seasoning base for traditional Indian dishes.
Dosage: mix 40 g of the blend with 80 g plain yoghurt. Marinate 1 kg meat with it and leave to rest 4–8 h.
