Coating Pariser Schnitzel

Liquid coating based on dried egg and mustard.

Dosage: 300 g/kg meat; draw floured escalopes through the coating.

Ingredients: sunflower oil; water; MUSTARD (table vinegar, water, MUSTARD SEED, iodised table salt, sucrose, spices, spice extract); WHOLE EGG POWDER 7.5 %; rice starch; spices; iodised table salt; lemon juice; glucose syrup; modified maize starch; thickeners: E 415, E 401; spice extract.
